Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These are website Terms of Use only. They govern your use of this website and do not form the contractual terms for any roofing work — those are agreed with you separately, in writing, once a quotation is accepted. This page is a practical draft and does not constitute bespoke legal advice.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Skycraft Roofers Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15908884. Our registered office is Unit 2, 20 Woodland Avenue, Slough, England, SL1 3BU — this is our registered office only, not a customer-facing address. You can contact us at [email protected] or 0333 772 4896.

2. Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about Skycraft's roofing services and lets you request a quotation. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, and nothing on it should be treated as an assessment of a specific roof or property.

3. No remote diagnosis

We cannot assess, diagnose or confirm the condition of any specific roof remotely, including from a description, photograph or video alone. Any general indication given before an inspection is information only — it is not a quotation, a diagnosis, or a commitment to carry out work.

4. Enquiries do not create a contract

Submitting an enquiry or quotation request through this website does not create a contract between you and Skycraft. A contract for roofing work only comes into existence once we have agreed the scope of work, pricing and other terms with you separately, in writing.

5. Quotations and scope of work

Any quotation or scope of work follows an assessment or inspection and must be agreed with you separately before work begins. Nothing on this website should be read as a fixed price, guaranteed scope, or offer capable of acceptance without that separate agreement.

6. Emergency and same-day attendance

Any reference on this website to emergency or same-day roofing availability is not a guarantee of attendance. Emergency and same-day attendance depend on location, current workload, travel conditions, site access, weather and safety, and cannot be promised in advance.

7. Nationwide scheduled projects

References to nationwide roofing capability relate to scheduled, planned or substantial projects considered on an individual basis. Each enquiry is assessed separately, and we do not guarantee that every enquiry outside our regional area can be accommodated.

8. Website content and availability

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Skycraft Roofers Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you must not reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of this website without our permission.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing malicious code, or submitting false, abusive or fraudulent information through the quotation form.

This website may link to third-party websites, for example Google Reviews or our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any website we do not operate, and a link does not imply our endorsement of it.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you provide through this website, and forms part of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
